Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Please call if arriving later than 9:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 Noon. Luggage may be left with the innkeeper if departing later in the day or arriving early.

Rates shown are for one or two people. A third adult is $30.00 per night additional. Local taxes additional rates are subject to change without notice. Herve Bed & Breakfast Inn is a family friendly place. We welcome kids of all ages. There is an additional $20.00 charge per night for children 2 years of age and up.

Room rates include a full breakfast served in the dining room from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM and afternoon refreshments served from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.

Deposits: Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. Major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks, money transfers may be used for payments. Major credit cards may be used to guarantee payment for reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation/refund policy is a liberal one. If you cancel or change your reservation by 6:00 PM at least seven days prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge. Otherwise you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold. When canceling a group reservation of three or more rooms, 14 - 30 days notice may be required for a full refund.

There is no charge for local, toll-free, long distance, and some international calls. Outgoing FAX is available to guests at no charge in the USA, and some international countries as well. There is no charge for incoming messages.

Herve Bed & Breakfast inn does not charge for parking. There is off-street parking directly in front of the inn, and a garage parking is also available.

Restrictions: No smoking inside the inn; no pets.

Reservation Policy

All guest rooms at The Herve Inn are Non-Smoking rooms. Use of unprotected open flame candles is strictly prohibited in guest bedrooms, and guests will be charged $50 if this policy is disregarded.

Guest rooms may be reserved online, various internet sites, mail, Email, or use our Reservation page. No faxes, please. A deposit of one night's stay plus Denver Lodging Tax of 14.85% is required to hold a room. We cannot hold a guest room without a deposit. All rates are for single or double occupancy. Add $30 per person for each additional guest over age 12. We accept payment by Travelers Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks or company checks with 10 days advance payment.

Check-In: After 4PM until 10PM. An estimated Time of Arrival is required for all reservations. Please call if circumstances require a later arrival than anticipated)

Cancellation Policy

A reservation may be canceled for a full refund (less 10% cancellation fee) if given 10AM, 3 days prior to date of stay). Cancellations made within the 72 hour period may have deposit refunded only if the reserved room can be rebooked to another party. This policy also holds for a second reserved night should cancellation be made the date of stay. If you need to cancel a reservation, please allow us the earliest opportunity to rebook the room we have reserved for you.
